ACHIEVEMENTS

(I) Dr Gyanendra Kumar Sharma is an expert conciliator, mediator and motivator and has till now saved more than thousands of families to be broken up and has settled more than ten thousands cases. He has special skill for redressal of matrimonial grievances and other family disputes and corporate disputes.

(ii) Dr. Sharma has written several books, articles and research papers, published in national and international Journals and magazines.

(iii) Received best  judgment writing award in Hindi language from Government of Uttar Pradesh.

(iv) Settled the disputes in between husband and wife in more than thousands of cases to kept their families as rest.

(v) Settled more than ten thousands cases through reconciliation as judge in different forums.  

(vi) Developed special reconciliation mechanism and method for all the cases irrespective of their nature.

(vii) 40% of labours disputes were redressed through reconciliation while serving as Presiding Officer, CGIT-cum Labour Court, Chandigarh.

(viii)   Lokayukt Uttar Pradesh gave the special remarks for working   as Secretory, Lokayukt.  

(ix) The Excellency, Governor of Uttarakhand, Dehradun, gave special remarks admiring the working of Dr. Sharma as Legal Advisor to the Governor of  Uttarakhand.
