A. Books -Written four books in the year 2010, 2012, 2015 and 2016, respectively, as an in service judge, and another two are in pipeline, namely-
1. Reconciliation and Other Proceedings Before Family Courts in India: -
This book contains the tools and techniques for successful reconciliation in matrimonial grievances and other family disputes. The tools and techniques have been implemented by Author (Dr. Sharma) as Principal Judge, Family Court with extraordinary results, saving more than thousands of families .Book is available in the market.
2. Quest for Justice At Its Threshold:-
This book contains the mechanism(s) to enhance timely and inexpensive justice even in present constraints before the judiciary. This book is based on the implementation of municipal law through ethical principles. Book is available in the market.
3. Jeevan Sar (Rules for Human Life): - This book contains Hindi and English Poetry. At least 52 poems have been published in the book in co-authorship of father of Dr. Gyanendra Kumar Sharma. Available to public from October, 2015.
4. Evolving the Principles for Ensuring Social, Economic and Political Justice to Women; A Study.
This book is based on the research thesis of the author. The book contains the mechanism for exercise the rights available to transsexuals persons, mechanism under which transsexuals can be permitted to change the sex?; Women to make responsible and available for most hazardous task to claim equality in status and opportunity; developing legislative principle and mechanism for making marital rapes punishable, legalizing sex trade in India and to stop the menace of crimes against women; developing mechanism to regulate the right of sexual orientation in present scenario; regulation of fashion parades and advertisements showing women as sex objects etc.
5. Feminist Jurisprudence in Patriarchal Society: -
Handed over to publisher. The book will be released shortly in Delhi. The book consists of seven essays on feminist jurisprudence. Apart from the reasons for human rights violations for feminist gender and remedy thereof, thrust has been given to develop the mechanism (s) to ensure women empowerment on the ground realities not just on research papers, Govt. schemes etc. Empowering men for women empowerment is the key feature of the book.
Book in pipeline:-
1. Courts for Common Men in India and The Rule of Law
This book shall be published and released within one year. The book contains only six essays, in several parts, on the working of courts for common men in India. It starts with the query, if rule of law prevails in the courts for the common people in India? The author (Dr. Sharma) suggests the remedial mechanism(s)to be adopted by the courts.
