SPECIAL INITIATIVES AND INNOVATIVES

Dr. Sharma has lost his only, young (29 years of age) energetic, well settled, Delhi High Court and Supreme Court based Advocate, Mr. Pranav Vashishtha on 7thMay, 2022. In his memory, Dr. Sharma is initiating some innovative tasks to keep him alive in this universe and to convert sadness and troubles to opportunities.

(1) Pranav Vashishtha  Legal Clinic.(under the edges of Pranav Vashishtha Social and Educational Empowerment Trust). This Clinic will discharge the following functions:-

(a) Pre-Marriage Counseling. It is very much required for keeping the family  at rest after marriage. In India, the marriage are solemnized without conveying the parties the importance of marriage and the consequential famital obligations and social responsibilities to be  followed by the parties after marriage. Resulting in emerging the matrimonial grievances and other the family disputes after the marriage. I am the original author of this concept on the blue planet that pre-marriage counseling should be made compulsory by the State to keep the  families at rest. Dr. Sharma is an original Author for constitution of Pre-Marriage Counseling Cell, which find place in his first book “Reconciliation and other Proceedings before Family Courts in India,” to keep the families at rest.

(b) Post-Marriage Reconciliation Center.The company will provide the social and legal services to the parties, if the matrimonial grievances and other family disputes emerged after the marriage. As a trainer and a Judge, I have experience of settle down more than thousands families in my entire career for more than three decades. I am a well trained and experienced counselor, mediator and motivator.

(c)Out of Court Settlement:- For petty matters, in which the compromise is possible and all the civil and corporate matters, the parties are requested not to go to the Courts. If the similar facilities are available out of the Court, than why to waist the precious money and valuable time in lengthy Court proceedings. If the parties reach to a compromise through the services provided by the company (Pranav Vashishtha Legal Clinic), the company will also provide the parties inexpensive, timely and quality legal services.

(d) Capsule Training Programme for Mobile De-Addiction for Children:- The use of excessive, unchecked and unwarranted mobile by the children has become a headache for the parents. The children are even watching and have become addicted to the websites not suitable for them. Through the principle of vedas and other ethical norms, the company will  try  to change the mindset of the children to bring them back to the track. 

(e)Legal Advice and Opinion on any Legal Subject:- The company will provide legal opinion and advice to the parties. I have expertise in matrimonial cases, corporate cases and criminal cases particularly NDPS, POCSO, other laws relating to crimes against women and other marginalized classes of the society. If the parties desire the legal services, the same will also be provided through the “Vashishtha Global Law Firm.”

(f) The Training Programme to the Judges, Police Officers and other Stake Holders of the Judicial System:- Free of cost training can be imparted by me to the Judicial Officers, Police Officers, PLVs,Lawyers, and other Stake Holders of the Judicial System. The department  may be requested just to provide the logistics, like place, space, transport and stay facilities. No other financial or any other type of burden will be imposed on the State exchequer. The training programme can also be conducted District wise or jointly to a group of few Districts.

(g)The Motivational  Lectures :-The motivational lectures would be delivered to the students and teaching staffs of the schools, colleges and universities to change their attitude from negative to positive for the purpose of understanding the quality educational system. The success of a person depends mostly on the positive attitude. I am a well trained and experienced trainer, conciliator, mediator andmotivator. During my judicial career, for more than 3 decades, I have conducted more than five hundreds sensitization and legal literacy camp to change the mindset.

Pranav Vashishtha Legal Clinic will be inaugurated in July, 2022.

(2) Pranav Vashishtha Educational News letter.A quarterly news letter covering legal, social, psychological, educational, entertainment and other issues of society. The Chief Editor of this news letter will be Dr. Sharma. The news letter will be inaugurated in mid July, 2022.

(3) Pranav Vashishtha Intensive Research and Educational Center.This Center will be established after due deliberation with all the transgender groups in India. This Center will conduct the research on causes  and for remedies of transgenders and also provide all medical, psychological and surgical treatment to the transgenders in India and abroad. A quality Educational Center will also be opened for quality education to the transgender children under the scheme provided by Dr. Sharma, as interim mechanism, in his Post Doctoral Research.  

(4) Pravan Vashishtha Educational Institutions. Establishment of Schools and Colleges including Coaching Institutes in the name of Late Pranav Vashishtha. The Schools/Colleges/Coaching Institutes will be opened in due course of time after due deliberation and requirement of  education.The motive of establishment of Schools/Colleges/Coaching Institutes will be to provide the quality education to the poorest of poor persons in the society.  

(5) Pranav Vashishtha Scholarship Programme.Two kids, preferable girls, yearly from social and economic backward community, irrespective of caste/religion will be selected for Pranav Vashishtha Scholarship Programme. They will be provided everything food, shelter, clothes, books, education etc. till they become valuable member of the society. till that appears on the page and write it here.
